Automatic Bank Draft: Click below to sign up for
automatic bank draft payment. Bank information is stored
in our financial software and your utility payments will
be processed automatically each billing cycle. Once the
form is received in our office by way of hand delivery,
mail, email, drop box or fax your account will be set up
to be drafted automatically each month. Please note that
a voided check must accompany this form.

Online Bill Pay: Your online payment options include
debit, credit, and e-check. Credit and debit payments will
be charged a 2.95% convenience fee. E-check payments have
no customer fee attached. To pay by e-check you will need
your banking information and account information. Customer
payment information is not stored for reoccurring automatic
online payments. **

**Our software provider, Edmunds & Associates, works
with Fidelity Information Services (FIS) in the payment
processing part of web and phone payments. FIS is fully
compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI DSS). PCI DSS applies to companies of any size that
accept on-line payments. Companies that accept payments,
process and transmit cardholder data need to host data securely
with a PCI compliant provider. The same PCI compliance that
secures cardholder data also secures banking information.

Drop Box for checks and cash: Customer Drop Boxes
are located at the front gate of our treatment facility
on 3 Marina Side Drive and on Queen’s Folly Road in Palmetto
Dunes near the tennis courts and mailboxes. Drop boxes are
collected daily during business hours. If paying by cash,
any excess payment will be credited to the customer’s account.
The District does not make change.
Tenants can make application for service at our office Monday
- Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tenants may also print
off the "Rental Application for Water and Sewer" form on
the Documents/Forms page and fax it to us. A tenant is required
to pay a refundable deposit of $100.00 before the water
can be put into their name.
If there is no balance due when the account is closed, the
District will return the deposit by mail.
